Epidemiology and results of the first line therapy for HIV-related Hodgkin lymphoma

Introduction . The risk of developing Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) with HIV infection is higher than in the general population, and course disease itself more aggressive. Currently, there no unified approach to treatment HIV-related HL, data on its epidemiology Russian Federation are limited. objective was study epidemiological characteristics, used therapeutic tactics results for HL. Methods materials multicenter retrospective included 46 patients HIV- related HL treated 9 centers Federation. Descriptive statistics methods were used, analysis overall survival (OS) progression-free (PFS) performed using Kaplan–Meier method.
